1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the Jobsmap online platform (jobsmap.at). By using the platform you agree to these terms.
2. Description of service
Jobsmap is a map-based job platform that displays and makes job listings discoverable. We do not broker employment relationships and are not a party to any contract between applicants and employers.
3. Job listings & content
Listings are provided by employers or third parties. The advertising party is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and timeliness of its content. In particular, discriminatory, misleading, unlawful or copyright-infringing content is prohibited.
4. User obligations
You agree not to misuse the platform, not to perform automated queries (scraping) without permission, and not to distribute malware.
5. Liability
We strive for uninterrupted operation but assume no guarantee of constant availability, completeness or accuracy of content. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
6. Reporting unlawful content
You can report unlawful or inappropriate listings at any time to office@jobsmap.at. We remove such content promptly after review.
7. Final provisions
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
